Free cancellation up to 24 hours
Cancel any trip up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund of your deposit — no questions asked.
Weather & sea conditions
If the coastguard closes the sea, we move your trip to the next available day or refund you in full — your choice.
Late cancellations & no-shows
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, and no-shows, are non-refundable. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll always try to reschedule.
